You can get information about how you spend time on your G Cloud, such as how often you unlock it, how long you use each app etc. You can use that information to improve your digital wellbeing. For example, you can set app timers and schedule display changes.

1. Set up Digital Wellbeing on your G Cloud

1. Tap Settings -> More Settings -> Android Settings → find Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
2. Tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
3. Tap-> Manage your data.

You may now check your daily tablet usage, monitor motion during bedtime and track your time zone history. 

2. Manage your time in apps

1. Tap Settings -> More Settings -> Android Settings → find Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
   
2. Tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
   
3. The chart shows your device usage for the day. For more information, tap the chart.
   
4. To get more information on app usage or change app settings, tap the listed app.
   
5. You may also tap next to the app you want to limit its usage. Choose how much time you can spend in that app, then tap OK. When your set time for usage ends, the app automatically turns off and its icon dims. App timers reset at midnight. To use the app again before midnight, follow steps 1–5 above and delete the app timer.

3. Manage your time on Google Chrome

1. Tap Settings -> More Settings -> Android Settings → find Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
   
2. Tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
3. Tap the chart -> Chrome .
4. If you don’t find the Chrome icon, tap Show All Apps.
   
5. Scroll down and tap See all sites. You may find the websites you visited and how much time you spent on them daily.
   
6. Tap next to the website you wish to limit.
7. Choose how much time you want to spend on that website and then tap OK.

4. Sleep better with Bedtime mode

1. Tap Settings -> More Settings -> Android Settings → find Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
   
2. Tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls.
3. Tap Bedtime mode -> Bedtime routine.
4. Create a bedtime routine in the following ways:
   • Use a schedule: Set the start and end times of your sleep and your preferred days for the week.
   • Turn on while charging: Set "After" and "Before" times and charge your device during that time frame.
5. You can customize your Bedtime mode settings:
   • You may use “Do Not Disturb” for Bedtime mode.
   • Turn off Bedtime at next alarm: This setting turns Bedtime mode off at your next alarm. If no alarm is set, Bedtime mode will turn off at the scheduled time or when you stop charging your device, depending on your chosen routine.
   • Change your screen to black and white with Grayscale setting.

4. Temporarily pause distracting apps

1. Tap Setting -> More Settings -> Android Settings →  find Digital Wellbeing & parental controls 
2. Tap Digital Wellbeing & parental controls → focus
3. Choose which apps you want to pause. When focus mode is on, you can't use these apps and you won't receive any notifications from these apps
4. Use focus mode to avoid distractions
   • To turn Focus mode on or off, tap Turn on now or Turn off now.
   • To turn Focus mode on automatically, tap + Set a schedule.
   • To temporarily reactivate apps when focus mode is on, tap Take a break and choose a time limit.
