This guide focuses on G HUB problems when the application becomes unresponsive during startup, displaying a continuously spinning logo.
On Windows
G HUB uses a service to perform important operations. Sometimes, that service can get stuck and as a result G HUB presents a spinning G Logo.
Step 1: Close G HUB completely
- Right-click the G HUB icon in your system tray (bottom-right corner of screen)
 - Select "Quit" from the menu
 - Verify closure: Ensure the G HUB window is completely closed

Step 2: Access the Task Manager
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Del and select "Task Manager"
 - Alternative: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc for direct access
 - If you see a simplified view, click "More details" at the bottom

Step 3: End G HUB Processes
- Click the "Processes" tab
 - Look for these processes and end them in this order:
- "LGHUB Agent" → Right-click → "End task"
 - "LGHUB" → Right-click → "End task" (all of them)

 - Note: Leave "LGHUB Updater" running

Step 4: Restart G HUB Service
- Click the "Services" tab in Task Manager
 - Locate "LGHUBUpdaterService"
 - Right-click → Select "Restart"
 - Wait 10-15 seconds until the Status shows "Running"

Step 5: Launch G HUB
Open G HUB through:
- Start Menu → Search "G HUB"
 - Desktop shortcut (if available)
 - System tray (if icon reappears)

If the Issue Persists

A full computer restart often resolves service issues.
Option 2: Advanced Troubleshooting
