We heard your concerns and we want to address 3 topics that currently appear to be the main questions being asked in our support channels, including this online community:
Order Cancellations: Once our fulfillment center has started working on fulfilling the order, we can’t accept any order cancellations. Should you want to return your order, you can initiate a return/refund request upon receiving your product. Your refund credit will appear on your account within 3 weeks after we receive your returned product. For up-to-date information on shipping times and inventory updates, please visit our community forum.
Order Status: We have been sending confirmation communications when orders are ready to ship. For those who have not yet received a communication from us, you will once we can provide further details on your order.
Expedited Shipping: Beginning 3/27, we removed the option for expedited shipping from the website due to the current surge in orders. Once we are back to normal order levels, this will become available on our website again. For other concerns, please contact us via this channel and the team will provide support.
