Make sure Satellite is fully charged and powered on
Make sure the audio cable is not connected
Make sure your device has Bluetooth® turned on
Turn off and then turn on Satellite.
Decrease the distance between Satellite and your Bluetooth® device
Try pairing with a different Bluetooth® device
Delete “Blue Headphone” from your Bluetooth® list on your device and pair again
Clear the headphone pairing list
