If your headset takes a long time to pair, try the following:
- Make sure your headset is powered on and in pairing mode — slide the power switch to the Bluetooth icon for two seconds.
- If your headset still doesn’t reconnect, open your phone’s settings and tap on Bluetooth.
- Tap on your headset from the list of available known devices.
- If the problem persists, please contact Support.
