    It never works, I have a Kraft Keyboard and a MX Master 2S, I thought it would be good hardware and will be fine but this stupid Logitech Option Mgr always crashes. I tried to reinstall everything in Windows Safe mode, but it changes nothing. I searched for many hours on internet, a lots of peoples have the same problem and can't solve it. Logitech software is garbage.

    this crap software only serves to set 4 mouse and keyboard things and it sure crashes on you as well as everyone
    the sad thing is that if they knew how to solve the problem they would have done it already

    Logitech is good for hardware but is pathetic for software. I want to control a MX Keys Kbd, and a MS Performance Mouse (older version). I have installed Logitech Options first, then it pushed me to upgrade to Logi Options+. It seems this is in beta. Every time I shutdown or reboot my PC, a message from Windows shows up saying that one of the Options components logioptionsmgr.exe or logioptionsmgrsmooth or logitechappbroker is still running and the computer has to wait until I kill the process, otherwise it sits like that. That's a pain. It's my only app that does this. On top of that my mouse is not even detected by this app, so I have to install another Logitech app for the mouse L. Control Center. Pathetic #$@^&*%^&. Shame on you Logitech you took a major decision to replace the older software with new software. DO IT RIGHT. Now it's a mess, first of all nobody knows what software is for what, on the download page we have Logi Options+, Logitech options, Logitech Control Center (old). Most of the times their new software is in beta. That's my last time I buy Logitech

    My current setup is MX3 mouse and MX Mechanical keyboard.
    I can't install Logitech Options+ on 3 different Windows 10 PC's (2 desktops and 1 laptop).
    Options+ installer window disappears during installation process (this applies to the last and all previous releases of Options+).

    In Event Viewer / Windows Logs / Application I get same Error on all devices:

    I tried to resolve issue but without success by doing:

    1. elevated cmd: sfc /scannow
    2. repair all MS Visual C++ redistributables (2008,2010,2012,2013,2015-2022)
    3. clean Windows 10 startup
    4. disable AV software
    5. run install as new windows 10 admin user
    6. windows 10 updated to latest updates
    7. uninstalled logitech options (which works fine but doesn't have support for MX mechanical)

    My Windows version:

    Edition    Windows 10 Pro
    Version    21H2
    OS build    19044.2006
    Experience    Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0

    What should I do in order to properly set and use MX Mechanical keyboard?
    Can you add support for MX Mechanical into Logitech Options?
    Can you fix Logitech Options+ installer?

    Hi, I'm currently on an M1 powered iMac, and an almost bare installation of logi options+ is using 878MB of RAM! I am controlling an MX mouse and Keyboard and that is way too much RAM for it. Memory leak?

    If you need something to help debug this I'm happy to help. Otherwise, I'll revert to the old app (hoping that it doesn't use that much RAM)...

    Hi, the new update to Logi Options + made my MX2 mouse stop working on computers while connected through Bluetooth. Only using the receiver will it work properly. THe solution was to uninstall the software.

    Hello team,

    I have requested for options+, noticed following issues mean while.

    1. There are frequent disconnections, as compared to earlier.

    2. Since today in browser (firefox), forward and backward key presses (key at default) now on click gives same effect of scroll wheel press. It was working fine till yesterday.

    Currently we don't support ARM processors but you can install options on M1 chip through rosetta 2 then it will work. Our engineering team is working on the software for the ARM processor. However, we cannot make any promises at this moment as we do not comment on our future updates.

    Hello! 

    In the Logi+ app, whenever I submit a feedback, it says it was posted to the Feedback Forum. Is that going to be accessible any time soon? Beacuse nothing happens when I click on the link, and I couldn't find this forum in any other place. 
    Also, is there a deadline for the duration of the Logi+ beta state?  I like helping test it out in order to improve even more the product, but the lack of features and the number of bugs compared with the older app, is beginning to take a toll on my productivity

    Has fewer functions than the previous version. I hope it will be more in the final version. Otherwise there are no advantages at all compared to the previous version. The only thing that has changed is the design and that it has fewer functions. So a downgrade.

    Mx keys + logi options beta = The keyboard shortcuts are very limited. Autocad/Revit/AUTODESK use combinations like:  (RP), (DI), (AL),... 

    Is there a plan to implement double characters combinations?

    Already much more better. A must have feature on macOS is be albe to assign button to "mouse button 6", "mouse button 4", "mouse button 5" for gaming. As now I don't think it is possible, just key assign but it would be better to assign standard click 4-5-6 buttons

    I have had MX series mice since the first one in the Darkfield series.
    The finish of the MX Master 3 mice is very good, precise click.
    The weight is still balanced and the side scroll is awesome too!
    The only criticism is that the mouse click area is too far forward, forcing the user to keep his whole hand on the mouse all the time, which is not very ergonomic for those who spend many hours working.
    Thank you very much for your efforts to continue with the MX series.
