If your G933 stops producing audio or just getting a static sound (on the left or right side), it may be due to the following:
- Battery charge level is low/empty
- Sound settings need to be corrected
- Headset volume level is very low
- Possible broken wire in the headset band
- Faulty headset driver
- Charge the headset.
- Make sure the headset battery has been charged to at least 3% or higher.
- Check Windows settings:
- Make sure the headset volume is at least 20%, the volume slider in the application is not muted.
- Right-click on the volume icon and then click Volume Mixer.
- Make sure the slider in the volume mixer for all apps is at 100.
- Set G933 as the Windows Default Device:
- Right-click on the volume icon.
- Click Playback devices.
- Right-click on G933, and then select Set as Default Device.
- Right-click on G933 again and then click Test.
- Test Wireless OFF Mode.
- Connect the included 3.5 mm cable to the headset and test with a PC, Mac or mobile device.
