Please make sure that your audio device is compatible with the Jaybird App. The Jaybird App is compatible with devices using iOS 11 and above, and Android 6 and above.
If you’re having issues updating your Jaybird Vista 2 firmware, the charging case and earbuds might not be making the appropriate connections. Please check the following:
- Make sure your eargels are installed correctly, earbuds are sitting correctly inside the case, and the lid of the case is opened.
- Make sure the charging contact points are free of dirt and debris.
- Check that you have charge remaining on the earbuds and charging case.
If your issue relates to something not listed above, or if you continue to have issues after trying the steps above, please contact Support.
