To hear your surroundings better there are two options.

SurroundSense

Wearing your earbuds with the ‘SurroundSense’ on, allows you to continue hearing environmental sounds or engage in a live conversation without the need to turn them off or remove them from your ears.

To enable SurroundSense follow the steps below:

1. Place both earbuds in the ears.
2. Double tap on one of the earbuds to switch the mode to SurroundSense.
3. A short tone will signal the mode switch.

A double-tap on either earbud allows you to switch from SurroundSense to ANC mode and back.

Fit and size

If the seal of your earbuds is too good, you feel like your ears are plugged, or you cannot properly hear your surroundings, try the following:

• When you push the earbuds into your ears, use slightly less pressure than you normally use whilst still maintaining a secure fit.
• Turn the earbuds slowly back and forth in a clockwise and anti-clockwise direction.
• Use a smaller eargel size on your earbuds.
