In rare cases, when charging your G303 SHROUD Edition, you may notice that the battery level increases very quickly. If you disconnect your G303 SHROUD Edition before it is fully charged, you may see that your battery level decreases faster than expected. This decrease is due to the incorrect battery level reported in Logitech G HUB.

If you notice this issue happening, please follow these best practices:

• Keep your mouse on or off when charging. Don’t switch back and forth.
• Let your mouse charge for at least 3 hours and confirm that it shows 100% in G HUB before disconnecting it.
