If you find your G FITS' volume to be low when connected to a PlayStation, we'd recommend you try increasing the volume on both the earbuds and the console.
You can assign single or double tap as 'Volume Up' & 'Volume Down' using G HUB or the G FITS Mobile App.
- To assign on G HUB, connect your earbuds to your computer, navigate to earbud settings on G HUB, and set single or double tap as 'Volume Up' & 'Volume Down' respectively.
- To assign on G FITS Mobile App, connect your earbuds to your phone, navigate to earbud settings on the G FITS Mobile App, and set single or double tap to 'Volume Up' & 'Volume Down' respectively.
Once configured with the tap setting, please reconnect to your PlayStation & tap the earbud to increase the volume.
