- If you’re not receiving a signal, please check that your B-Head capsule is secured onto the Bottle bayonet.
- Make sure that your Power Stream power supply has cycled fully from red to green.
- If the light remains off a voltage change might be needed. Check the fuse for the right application using the voltage selector switch. AC 110V 500mA (for USA) AC 220V 250mA (for EU).
- Try a different B-Head capsule
- Please test another microphone on the same signal chain.
- OR try your Blue Mic on a different input, interface, or mixer.
- Restart your interface and application. Or try connecting your interface to a different USB port.
- Change your XLR cables.
