The UE | BOOM app has remote control features which include power on/off, PartyUp, and Magic Button. The speakers are on standby for activating remote control in order to connect to these features through Bluetooth signals. You may notice that the speaker’s battery might drain faster with this feature on, so you may turn it off to extend battery life.
