Your X4 earbuds come with two different sized Comply Ultra foam tips. Use Comply Ultra foam tips for an even more immersed music experience. Follow the instructions below to install and insert them on your X4 earbuds:
- Put the Comply Ultra foam tip onto the earbuds by pushing it horizontally as shown in the illustrations below.
- Compress Comply Ultra tip using your fingers and insert entire foam tip into ear. Ensure it is pushed all the way in.
- Hold in your ear for around 15 sec. This gives the foam enough time to expand and create a perfect fit and seal.
