If your earbuds keep turning off, or your device stops playing music, try the following:
If your earbuds keep turning off
- Make sure your Tarah Pro earbuds and your Bluetooth ® device are both charged. For the best charging connection, make sure your charging cradle is clean of dirt and grime
- Complete a reset of your earbuds. See “HOW DO I RESET MY EARBUDS?” for instructions on how to do this.
- If your earbuds continue to turn off, please Contact Us.
If your device stops playing music
- Make sure your Tarah Pro earbuds and Bluetooth device are both charged.
- Check your player or music streaming settings on your Bluetooth device.
- Make sure you are not accidentally pressing the middle button on the inline remote.
- Complete a reset of your earbuds. See “HOW DO I RESET MY EARBUDS?” for instructions on how to do this.
- If your earbuds continue to stop playing music, please Contact Us.
