If your mouse pointer stutters, skips, tracks erratically, or is not moving properly, try these troubleshooting options:
- Check your battery level or fully charge your mouse if it is wireless.
- Clean the sensor on the bottom of your mouse and the mouse feet using a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth.
- Use your mouse on a flat, plain, non-reflective mouse pad. Avoid using it directly on glass or reflective surfaces.
- Connect your mouse or USB receiver directly to a USB port on your computer and avoid using an external USB hub.
- Install or update Logi Options+ or G HUB.
- Reset the DPI or sensitivity settings to default in Logi Options+ or G HUB.
- Update your device firmware using Logi Options+ or G HUB. Select your mouse > open Settings > check under Firmware version for updates.
- Open your Windows mouse settings and disable Enhance pointer precision to prevent unexpected pointer acceleration.
- Reset or re-pair your mouse using Logi Options+ or G HUB.
- Test your mouse on another computer to isolate the issue.
