Harmony App searching for hub every time
I'm using the Harmony app on my phone (iPhone) and every time I start the app it tries to scan my network to find the Harmony Hub. However, it seems to be a very limited search. On my network there's a dedicated subnet for "things" that need access to the internet but for which I want to prevent access to more important things on my network such as computers, NAS, etc. My phone on which the app runs is connected to the core subnet, which has access to the entire network. However, the Harmony app does not seem to be able to find the Hub. After a long while it times out and I can manually enter the ip address and all works fine (so access is obviously not the issue), until the app loses its session and then I have to do it all over again. Is there no way of forcing the app to ALWAYS use a specific ip address instead of scanning for the Hub (and failing) every time?

Hello, Conny Melin
If your hub does not appear, press the ( ? ) icon in the upper right corner. Select Advanced Scan, and the Harmony mobile app will try to discover your hub on all possible IP addresses. If your router is configured to assign Harmony Hub a static IP, you may also enter it manually. Foremost Pay Online
