Logi Dock - external monitor only 29,99 Hz - not 60hz

Hi,

Im using the Logi Dock connected with my Microsoft Surface Laptop Studio (via USB-C to USB-C) and with the external monitor Huawei Mateview 28'' (via HDMI to HDMI).

Unfortunately the monitor is showing me only the option of 29,99 hz but the monitor is supposed to offer up to 60 hz.
