Can't update firmware of MX Vertical Advanced Ergonomic Mouse

I tried to update firmware: both using dongle and cable (several USB ports). I tried also download firmware update tool separately. I Am on Windows 10 64 bit PC. 

It says always device not found.

I Am having some problems since mouse was bought, cursor is lagging randomly sometimes, but then it is hours OK. It should be charged well, LED shines white from bottom and from side nothing...

  You didn't read anything I said, both Logi software, or directly downloaded firmware update tool from website of my mouse doesn't detect the device both over usb, or dongle!

  My expensive mouse is lagging i am so happy, from that article nothing should be an issue, i used crappy 10$ mouse in past never had problem with lag...
