MX MASTER 3 for MAC does not connect anymore, ´3´is and green light blinking

After I switched it off and on again my MX Master 3 is not connecting to any device anymore. I can not switch the numbers, it just shows ´3´ or nothing and the green light is blinking. It is fully charged. 

what can I do?
