Logitech Options Should Interface with GHUB

I have a Logitech G815 keyboard and an MX Ergo trackball mouse. The keyboard has a feature called G-Shift that can be enabled in the software GHUB, but I cannot take advantage of it because I am not using a G-Series mouse, but rather an MX-Series.
This is frustrating as I use the MX Ergo because it is the best thumb-operated trackball mouse available by Logitech, and I use it for gaming, but the software used to customize it's macro keys cannot interface with GHUB in order to enable G-Shift.
I don't have the desk space to use a traditional mouse, nor would I want to as I prefer the precision and operation of a trackball mouse.
Please, either produce a gaming trackball mouse under the G-Series banner, OR more simple, allow GHUB and Logitech Options to interface. Better yet, combine the software into a single suite, since the C922 webcam I own already interfaces with GHUB, while also having it's own software Logitech Capture.
