Hello, technician.

I bought the M590 last November.

I've been using it well, but there's a problem.

First of all, please know that I haven't had a big physical impact on this mouse while using it until now.

There is a phenomenon in which the Bluetooth connection is re-connected when I give a small impact (e.g., when I raise the mouse about 0.5cm and then put it down).

It's been more than a month since this problem occurred, but I just used it because Bluetooth reconnection was fast.

However, the number of reconnection is increasing. Therefore, I suggest this problem.

  I haven't found a solution yet. As a result of many searches, the M590 was created with problems in the first place. Many users complain of the same problem. Besides, Korea's A/s center has many notoriety. Damn it.
