    Hi - I am having the same problem.  Can I suggest that raising an individual ticket isn't the best option here (I know because I tried that)  Instead, can you try and provide a public indication of your software update plan, (surely this isn't the most difficult problem in the world to solve).  When I asked this same question, I was simply told to keep checking for updates ... your company and products are great; I cant see why you are finding simple communication of indicative plans to be so difficult - thanks
