I'm here because with this newest software i cant update settings for my K400r keyboard. I have a M510 mouse and it shows up right away. One thing i figured out is if i go to Add a device>Advanced (brings up legacy window)>Advanced - i can see a system map with all 3 logitech products i own inlcluding the keyboard. I can upair it and then go back to the logitec options 'add a device' prompt and now it will pair (well re-pair, it was paired just not showing in the app) after it sucessfully pairs i'm taken back to the main screen and all I see is my mouse. Its like i'm supposed to have a keyboard tab and it isnt showing me the tab.

Have you ever tried the "Logitech Connection Utility"?
This software is able to reset or reconnect your devices to your Logitech USB receiver.

My logitech model no. k220 keyboard and mouse wireless combo wireless receiver has lost any idea how i purchased a new wireless adapter to connect my keyboard and mouse .

I know that my device is supported in Options. That is what I am using now. I also have an MX3 mouse that works in Options+ so I currently two different apps for the same thing. My previous comment was not meant to be feedback. It was a question as to when my device will be supported in Options+ so i can consolidte and use just one app for both. If you don't know, then I would just appreciate you saying so or possibly provide a date as to when my device will be supported in Options+.

I seem unable to sign up for the beta. Following the link you posted (i.e. "http://www.logitech.com/software/logi-options-plus.html?utm_campaign=CPX_OptionsPlusBeta&utm_source=Support&utm_medium=social") takes me to a page with a "Join the Beta" button, but clicking that only scrolls to the bottom of the page. At the bottom, I see:
"JOIN LOGI OPTIONS+ BETA
Enter the following details to receive the download instructions"
but there is no form or other place to enter any such details

If the Option+ does not work in your system we suggest you to uninstall and reboot the system and install the software and check if this resolves the issue.
