mysqueezebox.com europe unreliable -again
Đã trả lờiGetting sick of this this last month or so. Either can't connect, or connects and plays one song then stops, or doesn't start until reclick a track title.
Now nothing, two touches, one radio unable to talk to mysb.com and if I log in via a browser to mysb.com then I am unable to see my players.
Pretty sick of it. Used to work great. In the U.K., under the Sales of Goods act you have a legal obligation to provide a working and reliable service for a reasonable amount of time after a good/service is purchased. You are failing in this duty.
Got a lot of time for Logitech apart from this (and dropping the Squeeze line -madness).
Sort it out please.

Just to confirm the symptoms for my squeezebox - connected to network but shows as not connected - red icon for wifi no option to switch to mysqueezebox in advanced - network settings testing for connection to mysqueezebox.com fails at times And all this since yesterday - 1st nov. please let me know if thats consistent otherwise i may be having other issues with my box. -
I just got my Squeezebox Boom working again. My Squeezebox Radio still can't connect. My Squeezebox Touch now has my regular station (Venice Classic Radio) working, but I'm afraid that might change and stop working when I choose an other station. Anyway, a change for the better. -
Last night both of my SB radios gave me the red wifi signal, but both are connected locally. Same this morning. Couldn't connect to http://mysqueezebox.com/[http://mysqueezebox.com/] Rebooted etc. etc. Maybe should have restarted my rooter. I'll try that later. Still, this shouldn't happen. In Spain. -
I'm new here. I absolutely love my Squeezebox radio, which I've had for about six months now. Every company experiences problems which result in downtime and we have to trust that they're doing their best to solve the problem, but unless I'm missing something is there not a place where mysqueezebox.com can make a status announcement? Why is it I have to come here to see that I'm not alone and this must be a Europe wide problem. -
Same here (Belgium): 2 SB-Radio and 1 SB-Touch have suddendly lost internet-radio and cannot connect to mysqueezebox.com server. I have done factory-reset of SB, shutdown of both my modem and router (to force a DNS flush out), to no success. I am glad to see the problem is outside, probably with MSB.com servers... But I wish Logitech would announce it somewhere... How do we know they are aware of the problem? Hopefully they check the forum... -

I've just spoken to support in Europe (UK) and they confirmed it is a server issue. They did not have a definite time scale but said it should be back up some time today. I explained how useful it would be to have a "status" page somewhere so that we would at least know it's not our devices and it is a server issue; I don't know how many of us have done factory resets?! The representative agreed and said he would pass on the suggestion. Let's see! -

Same problem in Denmark. And why will mysqueezebox.com not make a status announcement? I've spend a lot of time trying to solve the problem, because I thought the problem was my installation/internet connection. Why is it I have to come here to see that there is a Europe wide problem? Poor poor service !! -
Same here, it won't connect to mysqueezebox.com. Now I can't even visit myqueezebox.com from my laptop. What's happening with the server? In the LMS, under diagnostic everything is Ok and running for LMS, but for my squeezebox.com I get this: We were not able to successfully communicate with mysqueezebox.com This might be a temporary internet issue, or a limitation imposed by your ISP. If the problem persists, please make sure your firewall is not blocking outgoing traffic. I am positive it has nothing to do with my ISP or firewall. FIX THIS!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!! -
Same issue here in Finland. DARN - I wish I had read the forum more carefully before spending umpteen hours to debug the **bleep** device. Good to know that it is a server issue. Already tried to open ports in my firewall, tried resetting, upgrading, wired and wireless networks. I SURE HOPE Logitech would at least post some kind of statement at mysqueezebox.com Very unprofessional.
