I have the same problem, erratic performance of scrolling, which leads to loss of pointer movement, then freezing the OS. My mouse is a MX Revolution and worked fine on 10.11 before upgrading to 10.12 final release.

Hello @loc6094 and @Theo Carper Welcome to the community! I will be more than happy to answer you question about a software update for Logitech Control Center. MacOS Sierra is not fully available yet, and will only be so on 20/09 according to Apple. So for now there is no new update made available either for LCC. Once an update is available for new MacOS, you will be able to find it on the download page on support.logitech.com If you have any further questions, please let me know.

@LogiLau Can you provide an indication as to how long after the 20th you will have a software update, as it causes my system to freeze randomly?

It's now September 20th. MacOS Sierra is live. Millions are updating and I just downloaded the latest driver and it says it doesn't support this version. Can you help please? Thanks.

@LogiLau The developers version of macOS Sierra was release on the 14 June, so you've had 4 months and 1 week to make LLC compatible? Other developers started pushing out updates back in July, why are you waiting until after today? Ironically I upgraded to this mouse in Feb after waiting 5 months for LCC to work correctly with my last mouse, when it's buttons couldn't all be programmed.

@Lauriane Daudu, Seriously... I couldn't have said it better than @tony cook . I'm not sure if it's due to apathy or laziness, but whatever the reason, it's a horrible embarrassment to Logitech. Not being ready on launch day with appropriate drivers to Apple's new OS (when you've had months to prepare) is ridiculous. You can't even tell us that you're working on it, and give us a date they'll be ready. So our devices are gimped, until you guys get around to it. Okay got it... gotta remember that the next time I'm in the market for ANYTHING Logitech sells.

Not only has my Logitech stopped working on Sierra, but it has started crashing my OS and has been reduced to a paper weight. Thanks Logitech for caring about your customers and keeping up with the ever changing world of technology.

@LogiLau, why has there been no acknowledgement as to what is going on? Is there any information you can share with us as to when a LCC version for Mac OS Sierra will be available?

@Lauriane Daudu -- "Once an update is available for new MacOS, you will be able to find it on the download page on support.logitech.com" Can you please share the holy download page final link with us?

I am having the same issue on the final version of Sierra. My M705 is pretty difficult to use. The back/forward buttons are broken, scrolling is broken, and the Control Center doesn't seem to have any effect (it was actually crashing repeatedly when I first launched Sierra).

Logitech plays this game every ******* year with every ******* OS X (macOS) release since the beginning of the times. I am tired of even being upset about it.

This is the link: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/downloads but as you can see 10.12 has not been added yet to the dropdown. LCC 3.9.4 is the latest version (July 2016)

I have the same problem with M705 as @Josh Janusch. I just updated to Sierra and my back, forward buttons aren't working and scolling is just a disaster.

Same as above. Back forward buttons don't work and scrolling is broken/choppy. What gives Logitech?

I just created a support "case". Let's see if they respond to that. I'll post back with any response I get.

Not my post, but this seems to describe the problem quite well: http://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/253784/logitech-mouse-scrolling-weird-after-sierra-update-soggy-inertia-effect-in-nati

Where is the macOS Sierra driver update ! come on Logitech you had months and months get it ready ! How can we trust a hardware companie when you can't even have your driver ready on time, it's a mouse driver not a space ship you need to code for !

Same problems here. Getting tired of the 3 finger salute every time it locks up Sierra. In case anyone would like to know? Click Control+Command+Power button to force a restart. It's the same as Control+Alt+Delete in Windows.

@Lauriane Daudu That is appalling. You're telling us that a company the size of Logitech has been caught off guard about a widely publicized os update that happens at the same time every year and who have had over 4 months access to the dev beta releases to update your drivers. Just a heads up, Apple will release 10.13 in September 2017.

@LogiLau Please transfer this to the appropriate department. This inaction by Logitech will weigh heavily on my purchasing decisions going forward, both personally and professionally. If Logitech has come to a point where they can't keep up with modern operating systems then their gear really has no place in the work environment as it becomes a support issue for users.

For me, installing USB overdrive ( http://www.usboverdrive.com/ ) solved the scrolling issue on macOS Sierra.

"As of right now, LCC is not available on Mac Sierra. And there is no release date known." This is a bad joke or? I like the products, but that is not acceptable for such a big company.

My scrolling works, just none of the buttons. Also notice that the moust pointer is always 10 pixels higher than where it shows it is, really frustrating when editing emails or word docs

Hello everyone , I too have the same problem , I think it's bad that a company like Logitech still has not updated the drivers for these functions . I look forward to hearing about it .

Maybe we should start from the top instead of at the bottom with @LogiLau. I'm going to try emailing the CEO and any other top management email address I'm able to Google to see if I can get an answer or explanation as to why @Logitech isn't able to keep up with major OS releases. I'll post here I'm replied to. @Logitech CEO bdarrell@logitech.com

Any decent company would have this ready for launch. I guess I'll look at the Kensington trackball next time my M570 craps out.

@Art4463 – Yes, contacting the brass seems like a good idea. Logitech is acting like the year is 2005, not realizing that the modern workforce relies on peripherals that should work 100 % on release date. macOS isn't just that "other" OS when talking about Windows, that Logitech can "wait and see what happens". They should be ALL OVER the first macOS beta.
