    Hi Angie Allen,

I'd be more than happy to help you with your Wireless Keyboard K360.

Does your keyboard have the unifying logo?

Mouse paired fine, unifying software won't pair.  Thoughts?

Are you trying to use the Options software, or the older Setpoint? Perhaps there's a difference, depending on the age of the keyboard. My old Setpoint software can see my K350, but so far, the Options can't.
I can get to older looking softward through the Options software, by clicking on the advanced pairing option, which seems to know that my K350 exists, and can do something about it. However, I have not worked out whether Options ships with this, or whether it's just calling up my older Setpoint as the 'advanced' pairer.

After all that, do we still need to run Setpoint if we've got Options running? Is that your question?

@Matthew9908: Thanks! I'll go back and try SetPoint. That's what I'm using at work!

    Hi,

Thanks for reply.  My old keyboard was a K360, not able to use unifying connection.  I just bought a new, updated keyboard with unifying capablity and it connected immediately and I'm back in action.  :-)

Hi all. After looking at what my keyboard was doing, the answer is to look at the Logitech Unifying Software. This is what can be accessed from Logitech Options (or Setpoint) but still looks like the old Setpoint software.
If you open Options and click on the bottom left "ADD DEVICES" and then choose the "ADVANCED UNIFYING APP", up will pop the Logitech Unifying software. Follow the instructions and the keyboard should pair.
IF you want any of the programmable functions of the keyboard, that does not seem to be available in Options, but is available through Setpoint, which can be downloaded from support.
