    Just in case it helps anyone, I opened a case through PayPal to receive a refund and I’ve just now received an email confirming that it has shipped, 16 days after initial purchase. Still a little skeptical until I actually see the product in my own hands.

    I have also received an email from Logitech. My order is being processed.

    It must be a backlog of orders that they are catching up too.

    I ordered a keyboard on 04/05. Was supposed to be 5 days lead time. I’ve not heard anything. There is no obvious customer line or contact to chase or cancel orders. The only helpline I can get through to is technical support... it is the worst customer care company I have come across... I just want a effing keyboard. At this point I don’t care what quality is like. If I had known the order was just going to fall into the void then I would have bought any old one on amazon prime. Now I don’t know whether to buy another one from a more reliable retailer but if I do then what happens if/when the one I ordered here ships? I see nowhere where I can communicate to ask for a refund. Such a joke.

    I agree Andre.

    Logitech not having a clear and easy method of communicating with them, is their achilles’ heel.

    I have a semblance of communication via one email saying it is coming but I have no way to track it like we do on amazon. Even there, once you place your order you can see its status, processed or not. Logitech need to drastically improve their e-commerce.

    I have the same/similar issue, I ordered 4/26 and only received invoice of purchase but no shipping information to track status.

    I'm happy to announce that miraculously my item has arrived despite the My Orders section of my account still not displaying my order. I'd recommend being patient as it seems they are just catching up with orders with a reduced workforce. Otherwise, look into requesting a refund through Paypal as the communication with Logitech will take a while.

    Thank you for trying to clarify.

    The issue is I have an account and ordered with my account not guest.

    When I use your link to view the status of the order as you suggested, it says there are no orders.
    If I try the findmyorder URL, it too can not find it.

    We understand there will be delays but we should at least be able to see our orders in the queue, delayed or even being processed or not?

    Where did you hide that Delay Announcement, because it was nowhere to be found when purchasing.  You were happy to charge me immediately, happy to take my business, but I had to go on a hunt for my order after a hunt for any contact information that wasn't a (donotreply@) email.  It's been a week and from the looks of everyone else's comments I have months to wait...  Logitech's communication and clarity are terrible.
