Dear Logitech, there is such a main problem:
In Viber App on macOS Catalina 10.15.5 vertical scroll is like "lagging" for 2-3 seconds then it could work. Or it could not work. It works in 2 times and doesn't work in 8 times / from 10.
No matter in "Ratchet" or "Free spin" mode. And it happens absolutely randomly!
I've tried to re-install VIBER, re-install Logi Options, and made full re-connect of the mouse to MacBook Pro. Also, I tried to add the separate Viber profile in Logi Options and experimented with settings.
But the problem is still actual. Don't know how to fix this in Viber App! =(
UPD: Just for information.
When I disable permission to Logi Options Daemon - scroll works normally in Viber on the MX Master 3 mouse in "macOS mode" (not standard scroll direction). But of course, another functionality is not allowed. So it's not usable.
- macOS Catalina (10.15.5)
- Using internal Bluetooth connection
- Logi Options (8.20.233) installed
- macOS permissions granted to Logi Options and Logi Options Daemon
- MX Master 3 Firmware: 19.00.0013
