    No. They are independent.

Although this would certainly be an awesome feature, but it should not change the default independent behaviour.

Would be awesome to use some modifier key.. like
#2 - switches only the keyboard to device 2
fn + #2 - switches BOTH the keyboard and mouse

Is there a way of requesting/suggesting this feature to Logitech development team? I'm pretty sure it's doable via firmware update.

In Windows and MacOS it does work with Flow.  There is an option to sync the keyboard to the mouse location.  So just move mouse to other display screen and keyboard is changed also.

This would be awesome, some time I need to use the keyboard in one pc and the mouse in the other one.

You can still use the 3 device buttons to change the keyboard with Flow configured.  Just understand if your mouse moves to that desktop, you would have to reselect keyboard via the keys again once mouse left that screen.  I have done this a couple times when watching youtube on one pc and surfing web in another.

Hi Dan, thanks for the replay, yes this is what I'm doing at the moment, I use the function with the ctrl key because it happens to get too close to the edge and unintentionally switch to the other pc, I was also referring to Igor's suggestion, having the possibility of manual operation would be useful, since in my case Flow doesn't work very smoothly.

I use an MX Keys keyboard ($99) with an M585 Mouse ($35) and am very happy.  The M585 only supports 2 computers, but at that cost I can use a Logitech trackball on the last machine and still be saving money.  I have one set for home and another for work.  I just love the feel of the keys on the MX Keys keyboard!

    OMG yes!!! THIS.

I've reverted to having a second mouse on my desktop so I can click the button on the MX Keys and then just use the other mouse instead of turning my MX Master 3 over and clicking the single button multiple times to the right connection.

Often my computers are on two separate networks (one one a VPN), so Flow won't work in that circumstance.

When my computers are on the same network, I've found Flow to be very unreliable. I use the "Hold Ctrl and move to the edge of the screen" method to prevent unintended transfers, but the amount of time I spend holding Ctrl and mashing the mouse against the side of the screen over and over to get it to switch leaves me saying bad words.

Stop the bad words, Logitech. Please?

Please make this feature. Or at least a workaround... F.E. button could work for the keyboard AND mouse between different unifying controllers or mouse thumb button should let remap functionality to switch devices...

I was pretty surprised to discover this is not already a feature / the default. Logitech please add this!

A copy of my comment to related topics (there are many) :

    Same as several people here.

In the products description, both Easy Switch and Flow seems to be related in your wording.

    Conceptually, both are very close.

It is clearly misleading us in our purchase (should be part of a FAQ as so many people have misunderstood this).

Flow is fine as it is, but two cons:

    1. there's a kind of latency from switching from the profile 1 (Unify one) and the other profiles (Bluetooth ones)... quite nullifying the experience...
    2. this kind of feature helps a lot in a Work From Home scenario. and in WFH situation, we are more likely using company's VPN and unfortunately, Flow is not working at all in that case... that's why the use of Easy Switch for linked keyboard/mouse couple is a must-have !

I just got both MX keys and MX master 3 from Amazon. The fast and easy switches on the keyboard were the selling point for me. I thought they can switch both devices, especially given they are using one dongle now....

I cannot use Flow - my laptop is always using my work VPN. Now BOTH those devices are useless for me.  I loved both the keyboard and mouse, however, such small thing are device switch killed it for me. Been a couple of times already when I ended up typing something on my work laptop, instead of my home PC.

Returning both devices, I simple but effective USB switch ( yeah wires sux ) will do the trick for now...

Using Mx Keys and Master 3 on Linux. Would be useful to switch both at once.

Maybe there is some API available to implement such communication on the Linux system?

This seems like a gross oversight. I spent all this time and money on this new keyboard and mouse. I will be returning it promptly....back to a KVM switch!

    Hello All,

This is really a great suggestion and we will pass this along to our Engineering team. However, we cannot make any promise at this moment as we do not comment on our future updates. Please refer the below link for more information and also keep checking our Logitech website for more update:

Got my MX keys and Master 3, imagine my surprise when I couldn’t press the device button for both to switch to a different machine. Very poor, both going back and I’ll stick to my cheap keyboard and 2 mouse solution. On the upside I’ve saved myself £200.

It seems like the easiest solution is to have one set of keyboard/mouse per computer.  I appreciate the response from Logi support, but I upgraded from the MX Master to the Master 3 thinking this feature Ould work with keys...  Turns out it does not and my original master is still perfect.  So seems a waste of money at this point.  As has been said above, working from home my work computer is always on VPN so "Flow" is 100% useless.

    Please implement this feature!

Same problem here.. my company has recently switched to a different VPN, now Flow is completely useless.

If only there was a way to use the button on top of the mouse to switch it to a different computer.. this would not be ideal but better than the current situation! Right now i have to lift my mouse and click the button on the bottom every time i want to switch it - and obviously hit the switch key on the keyboard as well.

I wish I had saved a lot of money and bought a KVM switch instead...
