Why does Logitech Zone Wired headset reduce sound quality when any app uses mic?

    Hi Everyone, please take a moment to follow the troubleshooting steps below to try to solve the issue:

    -Please ensure that the device is connected directly to the PC. Ensure that any USB hubs, docking stations or extension cables have been removed from the setup.

    -Please ensure that your operating system and drivers are updated to the most recent versions
    -Ensure that you have completed any and all internal component (USB Host controller, audio and video) driver updates directly from the PC manufacturer's website

    -Has the headset always had this low mic volume issue? If not, when did it start?
    -I'm going to suggest a full factory reset. You can reset the headset in the Logi Tune app. You can download it here:

    -After doing this, make sure the firmware is upgraded using Logi Tune
    -Does the issue persist on other computers?
