Mx Master 3 Logitech options mouse sensitivity accuracy

Hello,
As crazy as this is, I am writing this post to ask of logitech to make logitech options software mouse sensitivity to be changed from a slider, which is inaccurate to something like input field or even drop down list, or even show us what current selected dpi is, we are professionals, even if we do not game on mx master 3 we usually are very picky about our dpi so not knowing what current sensitivity is is messing with our heads...

  But the mx master 3 doesn't have any firmware updates provided on the product page. And this looks more like a "logi options" UX issue.

  I have the same problem.
  Logitech Mx Master 3 for Mac have a lot of scrolling issues that doesn't happen on Windows.

  It doesn't seem an hardware problem but firmware instead.

  Please fix these issues because is impossible to work with it on Mac.

  This is not a business behavior from Logitech, to be honest.
