    Hello everyone,

Firstly, I'd like to apologize for the issue you're experiencing with Harmony Timezone.

We are aware of this issue and working towards fixing it. I will update the thread as soon as an update has been received from our internal team.

In the meantime, your patience and understanding with us are greatly appreciated!

    Best regards,
    Ralph

Same problem on my Elite. I've rebooted the hub, resynced to the hub, changed time zone to another area and then back to GMT - London but the display continues to show British Summer Time (GMT+1). Sounds like a problem with the hub.

Same here. Anyone from Logitech know what's going on?

This is pretty poor customer support from a huge organisation. Come on Logitech, where are you???

Same here (UK). Definitely a bug Logitech need to sort out.

I'm in UK. Problem fixed for me this morning (Sunday 1 November). As Logitech have acknowledged the problem it *may* be they've fixed it but this coincides with the end of daylight saving time (DST) in the USA. So a possible explanation is that Logitech were wrongly using US DST for hubs in UK and Europe. But I don't remember (and haven't seen posts about) this happening in previous years. We won't know it's fixed until next March and/or October.

For reference: Dates for Summer Time / Daylight Saving Time are:
USA: from 2nd Sunday of March to 1st Sunday in November
UK/Europe: from last Sunday in March to last Sunday in October.

Fixed for me too. Hopefully the last time it happens given it's not happened before.

    Hi all,

Thank you for waiting for us to get an update!

The issue with regard to the DST has been fixed on Sunday and it should show the correct time as per the region.

Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns in the future.

    Best regards,
    Ralph

For the record (just found reminder to post here), my Harmony Hub correctly changed to GMT+1 when Daylight Savings (British Summer Time in my case) started on 28 March. Lets hope it works in October ... (and that Logitech keep their promise to continue to support this and other aspects of Harmony functioning!). I've set another reminder for when British Summer Time ends on 31 October 2021.

I'd totally forgotten about this. Thanks for the reminder and indeed mine has updated correctly too.

Fingers crossed we'll keep getting support for these great remotes!

It was reassuring to see the time change when the UK switched to BST. As someone who is very happy with the Elite it's disappointing to read production has ceased but I hope Logitech are true to their word and keep support going for many years.

I bought another Elite a few weeks back as backup should mine fail. I trust that purchase will not be in vain.
