Problem with Master 3 mouse screen capture short cut

I found screen capture short cut to be super helpful but it's not working like I hoped it to.
When I use it to screen capture over a webpage, it only takes screenshot of my desktop screen underneath it, not the Chrome screen. Also, floating thumbnail screenshot does not appear in the lower right corner of my screen too.
Has anyone had a same issue as me and found a way to solve it? Thanks so much!
