A week ago I have bought my brand new G213 keyboard. Unfortunately, since the beginning, I had problems with R and E keys. The problem was that the keys didn't always work, or they typed 2-3 characters each time they were pressed.
What is worst, right now I have the same problems with other keys (T, N,K). Last Sunday, I've opened a service request (#5558427), I have seen that it has been assigned to an engineer, but till today, I haven't received any response even "Hi".
Is that normal? I mean what is the SLA for the support services ?
It's a really annoying situation because somebody is buying a keyboard (not the cheapest one), it's broken from the beginning (I read over the net that many users had the same issues) and cannot get help from the product support.
(Writing that post took me some time, as I had to correct every word which contains any of the mentioned letters...)
