Can't seem to get help with this. My old Logitech mouse worked fine, but was getting worn out. Replaced it with M325. Works fine... except certain programs, like Jigidi (online jigsaw puzzles) and Musescore. With both of these, the screen zooms in and out without warning, making it next to impossible to use either program.
Support walked me through everything, and we decided the mouse must be defective. Got a replacement, same model, a few days later, but same issue. So I've been trying to get help. The chat bot promises to get me an agent, but it may take up to ten minutes. No problem. Except it's not ten minutes. Last night, response came in by email around midnight! I responded this morning with full details. Nothing. So went back to chat, Waited 30+ minutes, with no agent. So hoping to get help here, although looking at some other posts, people wait a long time for help here, and just get told to contact support! Good way to lose customers, Logitech!
