Um, yeah... The Firmware Update Tool is what I was just saying doesn't detect my mouse.

And according to the page you linked, the update tool isn't even for the bluetooth mouse. I mean, the Logitech Options software knows which mouse I'm using - it shows it on the screen - so why does the notification keep popping up, and why is it even trying to run the update tool when it should already know the device I'm using isn't supported?

Oh, wow. You're not even reading what I'm writing, are you?

The mouse works just fine. I'm using it now. My computer doesn't have any trouble communicating with it. Even Logitech Options knows it's there.

    See? There it is.

    So...

Your software (Logitech Options) - fully aware of which device I am using - launched...
Your software (Logitech Firmware Update Tool) - but it can't detect my mouse, because my mouse is not supported by your software.

The question is, why is your software launching another piece of your software that doesn't even support the device that your software knows is connected?

I don't need any further reply. Because it doesn't apply to my device. The problem - as I've emphasized above - is with your software.

So maybe you can forward this to someone who can figure out how to fix whatever is causing your software to misbehave. Fix Logitech Options so it launches the Firmware Update Tool only if you have a supported device connected. That way, maybe other people won't have to waste their time trying to run an update for a device that the update doesn't even apply to.

Pameela, the only problem I see you're having is that you're posting spam on my thread.
