    Please do follow the below steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 

    • Clean dust/dirt using a Q-tip or a compressed can of air
    • Connect the device directly to the computer motherboard. Bypass any type of USB adapter, hub or extender

    • Update the device's firmware
    1. Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://support.logitech.com/en_us/software/lghub)
    2. Launch the software, select the keyboard from the home screen then go to Settings
    3. If a firmware update is available, a Blue "Update" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen

    • Try on another computer, if available

    All this has been done over and over again. Nothing helps. I can use google. Therefore, I know that this is an epidemic - a catastrophically big problem and you do not recognize it. (logitech was a favorite brand) 4 keyboards 4 mice 3 web cameras, steering wheel, joysticks 3, steering wheel. At the mouse, the laser was buggy on the surfaces, it was replaced for me after the guarantee, recognizing the factory defect. and now everything is guaranteed + 1-3 months and the keyboard breaks. You either deliberately respect the equipment or do not recognize the marriage of the entire line on your switches (although they are not the problem, I soldered them to new ones). Before the letter, I reinstalled g hub, 2 more buttons started to fail. I leave the translation and the original, you can see what is double ...

    WILL NEVER BUY LOGITEC AGAIN. You have become a gigacorporation that prioritizes quality over money. The goods have become more expensive, the quality has worsened, and I suspect you of the successful obsolescence of products!

     

    все это делалось и не раз. Ничего не помогает. Я   умею пользоватся гоогл. По этому знаю что это повальная -  катастрофически  большая пррроблема и вы её не прризнаёте. (логитеч был любимый бренд) 4 клавиатуры 4 мыши 3веб камерры, руль, джойстики 3, штуррвал. У мышши лазер глючил на пооверхностях, мне ее заменили после гарантии признав завоодской бррак. а теперь все гарантия + 1-3 месяца и клавиатура ламается. Вы либо специально соостарриваете обоорудование либо не признаете брак всей линейки на ваших свичах (хоотя не в них проблема я их перепаивал на новые). Перед письмом переустановил g hub, начело глючить еще 2 кнопки. Оставляю перевод и оригинал можете посмотрреть что двоит...   

     

    НИКОГДА БОЛЬШЕ НЕ КУПЛЮ ЛОГИТЕК. Вы стали гигакоорпорацией которая деньги ставит в приоритет качества. Товарр стал дороже, качество хуже, и я вас подозриваю в успешшном устаревание продуктов!

    OK. Can you help me. I want to know what is the cause of all the breakdowns. Since they have identical symptoms. These are capacitors that have sat down, this is the keyboard CPU, this is bad driver code. If I and others see that you have found the reason for the poor quality of mechanical keyboards. Maybe then the trust will return.

     

    Ок. Вы можете мне помочь. Я хочу знать в чем причина всех поломок. Так как они имеют идентичные симптомы. Это конденсаторы которые сели, это цп клавиатуры, это плохой код драйвера. Если я и другие увидем что вы нашли причину низкого качества механических клавиатур. Может тогда и доверие вернется.
