I recently purchased the MK320 mouse & keyboard combo, but have not been able to get them to connect. I've tried on two different PCs, both running Windows 10. One of the PCs has a fresh install of Win 10. I've read that the MK320 uses a Nano USB receiver, which is incompatible with the more common Unifying USB receiver. I've also read that all the Logitech USB receivers are sensitive to interference from nearby USB 3.0 ports. Both of my PCs have a mix of 2.0 and 3.0 ports. I've also tried installing / uninstalling both the Unifying software and the Logi Options+ software (only one installed at any given time). What I've found is that my older K360 keyboard and MX Anywhere mouse work with the Unifyng receiver and either software package on both PCs, but the newer MK320 mouse and keyboard won't connect to either PC, with any combination of USB receiver or software package. I've even tried going into Windows Device Manager and uninstalling all the Logitech HID devices including checking the box to uninstall the drivers. Can you offer any additional advice? Thanks!
