    I had read (and followed) the steps described in that article before I sent my email.  However, I tried everything again. The fact is, the MK mouse and keyboard are not recognized by two different receivers in two different machines.  The problem does not appear to be with the Nano receiver because it can connect with an MX anywhere mouse.  Thank you!

    That link says here are no spare parts available for the MK320 combo.  I'm surprised that you suspect the receiver, since it does work with my MX Anywhere mouse.  But I noticed that the MK320's receiver also has the little red asterisk on it, which I thought means it is a Unifying Receiver.  I'm confused because I thought the MK320 was supposed to use a Nano Receiver, which is not compatible with the Unifying Receivers.  Maybe I got the wrong one with my MK320?  Thanks!.

    Yes, it's covered under the warranty - I bought it at an Office Depot last week.  Unfortunately, this particular store is closing and they do not allow refunds or exchanges. Should I file a claim?  Thanks!

    Hello,

    I haven't heard back from you in several days.  It's now been over 2 weeks since I bought the MK320 and I'm not sure what needs to be done next.  I re-checked the link you sent earlier, and the Nano Receivers are back in stock (https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025903194).  Do I need to open a warranty claim and is there a way to tell them that we've already identified the problem?  Thank you!

    Thanks for following up and we're sorry for the inconvenience Since the nano receivers are back in stock, you can purchase one using the above link (https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360025903194). Regarding the support ticket, we see that there are no tickets created as of now and if you are facing further issues, we can surely go ahead and create one.
