G910 won't response all of the sudden

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the experience with G910 Gaming Keyboard.

    We would request you to please try the below steps to help fix the issue you are facing:

    • Clean dust/dirt using a Q-tip or a compressed can of air
    • Update the device's firmware
    1. Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here:
    2. Launch the software, select the keyboard from the home screen then go to Settings
    3. If a firmware update is available, a Blue "Update" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
    • Try on another computer, if available
