After having had a chat with customer supprt I can pin down the issue more exactly:

Assigning multiple modifiers + a key works fine, the issue arises only when assigning multiple modifiers without a (non-modifier) key.

    Screencapture:

In this example I test Ctrl+Alt+I (works) vs. Ctrl+Alt (doesn't work, only sends Ctrl).

Assigning a single modifier alone (without a non-modifier key) also works fine (see previous screencapture), so why doesn't assigning combined modifiers without key work?

    Thanks for the follow up.

To make the issue as clear as possible:

Your software (LGS) claims that it's possible to assign combined modifier keys without a non-modifier key as macro (see attached screenshot) but it doesn't work as advertised.

When I do this only the first modifier is sent but not the second.

I've verified this in the online keypress program shown in the screencapture above as well as in a Python script I wrote myself which catches and logs key events.

I've also tested and verified this on different PCs running Windows 10 with the same result.

Hence I'm fairly sure this is a bug in your software and not user error (either LGS shouldn't let me do this and show an error if it's not possible, this would have saved me all the useless time so far I've spent with your support, or it should work as LGS claims).
