G435 headset not connecting to lightspeed dongle

    Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the experience with G435 gaming headset.

    We would request you to please try the below steps to help fix the issue you are facing:

    1. Confirm the battery is sufficiently charged.
    2. Try with a different USB charging cable or cradle and connect to a different power source.
    3. Confirm the headset is power on: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/4409389967639
    4. Check Connections:
    • LIGHTSPEED: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/4409383719063
    • Bluetooth: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/4409383783959
    • Switch the connection mode between Lightspeed and Bluetooth on G435: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/4409383834519
    5. Test with a different PC, Mac or mobile device.

    Hey Vivek, 

    Thanks for following up. We deeply appreciate your efforts in trying the steps and letting us know the outcome. 

    Please do follow the below steps and let us know the outcome. 

    1. In Windows Settings, open Apps & features
    2. Search for Logitech G HUB
    3. Click on Logitech G HUB and click Modify
    4. In the new window, select Reinstall G HUB, then click REINSTALL
    5. G HUB will reinstall, and this will resolve the issue while retaining the settings

    I have the same blinking blue-green light
    I can connect to Bluetooth but I can't connect to my computer

    When i connect to my computer, G435 is blinking blue-green light

    Same problem, I already followed all the steps and nothing. G HUB does not support g435. any magic solution?

    divice pairing tool, it does nothing, I connect and disconnect the usb lightspeed in different ports and nothing..

    Hey All, 

    Thanks for following up. We deeply appreciate your efforts in trying the steps and letting us know the outcome. 

    We request you to perform a Hardware reset by following the below steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue: 

    • Connect the headset to the computer using the micro-USB cable.
    • Remove the left side plate/foam (on the microphone side).
    • Locate the hardware reset switch and press and hold it for two seconds with a paper clip. Repeat this step twice.
