Universal Folio keyboard won't pair with ipad

    I have a Universal Folio keyboard model Y-R0063 S/N 2049SY02AWS8, purchased in January 2022, which I had connected to an iPad model A2602. The batteries were changed and the iPad updated the operating system to IPadOS 16.1. Currently I connect the keyboard to the iPad via Bluetooth, after pairing I get a numerical code, I write it on the keyboard but it does not connect to the iPad. Apparently the problem is with the keyboard because I connect it with another iPad with iPadOS 9.3.6 operating system and the result is the same, it pairs, the code is entered but does not connect. It seems that the keyboard is locked. Thank you if you can help me to solve the problem.
