    Not even in the right ballpark given the amount of time I've already put into this. My USB dongle is recognized as "Generic Bluetooth Adapter" in Device Manager. Not at all with any version of the Logitech software I've tried. I'm far from a newbie (used to work for HP).

    I have a bad feeling that this thing has become a $200 paperweight. If Logitech had an ounce of courtesy and respect for their customers, admit this is a failure on their end and replace the thing like they should have years ago, I wouldn't be here typing this sht.

    Nope. Wrong response... Again. This was essentially the same as the first. As far as the links provided, one is dead and the other doesn't reflect my device (there's no power button on the bottom, only the connection button).

    How about just creating an actual working driver??? Why do we consumers have to jump through endless hoops, spend hours upon hours of our lives trying to solve problems, that you manufacturers create? You know the problem, offer the CORRECT solution.

    Oh, and quit making 'Bic lighters'.

    I will NEVER again purchase a Logitech product (I've got plenty).
