    jak to jest że na czacie odpowiadacie wszystkim że wysyłka następuje w 48-72h.

    pytam się o ten konkretny model, a infolinia zapewnia mnie że jak kupię to wyślecie w 48-72h.

    A mojego zamówienia nie jesteście w stanie wysłać w ponad tydzień i nie wiecie kiedy będzie wysyłka.

    Dlaczego tak kłamiecie klientów?

    i pomimo tego że wiecie że macie opóźnienia, nadal na czacie można się dowiedzieć że wysyłka na pewno,będzie w 48-72h

    2. What about pedal warranty that I can't use and check if they work. I lose the guarantee days.
    3. Since when it will be a 30 -day time to return the pedals,

    Hi Kris,

     

    I'm in the same situation as you.

     

    I ordered my wheel and pedals about a week and a half ago, the pedals arrived 2 days later, but the wheel has been stuck in processing ever since. To be fair to logitech, the wheel was noted as a Pre-Order purchase here in the UK, but 'Support' have been really vague every time I have contacted them (or it would appear, any time anyone has contacted them) and seem to have a culture of lots of apologies, but not giving any useful information. May not be their fault, but I feel Logitech needs to know they are not offering good 'Support'.

     

    Ironically, the wheel is now showing as 'In Stock. Ready to Ship' here in the UK as of yesterday. It would be most frustrating to discover that people who only place an order today got their wheels before those of us who did so earlier, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

     

    I'm also somewhat cynical about every response on this subject (i.e. people asking where their expensive wheel is) results in 'support' trying to get the person to enter a 1-2-1 dialogue with support - my presuming this could be an attempt to stop people airing a known issue in a public forum.

     

    I'll be interested to see if you get anywhere with 'Support' as they really don't seem to want to do anything other than apologise!

    That's a good point that I hadn't fully considered!

     

    Luckily though the principle of 'a reasonable and prudent person' runs central through a lot of UK law and so if I were to get caught out by the discrepancy you've pointed out the Logitech are creating for us I'm pretty certain I could push them in to seeing sense. Basically; would a reasonable and prudent person think it fair that the warranty ran out before the paired wheel in the hopefully unlikely event they peddles develop a fault in the specific time we're thinking about? I think not. :)

     

    Good to have these discussions in the forums too as it will undoubtedly help others in a similar situation, or even help those considering buying one of these wheels to make that decision with a better understanding of what's happening.

    Looking at your original post; all they had to do was say:

     

    "please don't worry Kris. We will of course honour your warranty for the entire order from the date records show you receive the wheel.

     

    Kind regards....etc"

     

    How hard is that? Instead all they seem to want to do is apologise, apologise, apologise, and apologise again for not being able to give any useful information.

     

    If I were in their shoes I'd be complaining to their managers and saying that Logitech seem to not be giving them access to the information they require in able to actually offer support to Logitech's customers. But that's just my opinion.

    If you ask at the chat at what time they send this specifically product (steering wheel)
    This is always the answer that
    Everything is ok, the goods are in the warehouse, the shipping will be in 48-72h

    This is a clear misleading of the client
