The K800 keyboard does not work properly.

    Hello Sasha,

    Thank you for reaching out. We understand that you are facing an illumination issue with the keyboard. Please reset the keyboard once.To reset a Logitech Keyboard which uses Unifying or Bluetooth technology, please follow the below instructions.

    1. Turn off and on the keyboard
    2. Press the following key combinations - Esc+O (release) Esc+O (release) Esc+B
    3. All Easy Switch light will blink continuously, wait for channel 1 to fast blink.
    4. Turn off and on the keyboard to complete the reset process
    5. If the Easy Switch does not blink, please repeat the above steps again

    Hello Sasha,

    Thank you for writing back.  The fn+f8 is to make pc sleep, or for the sleep mode. Press FN + F5 to decrease backlighting and FN + F6 to increase it. There are five levels of illumination: 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%

    Hello Sasha,

    Thank you for writing back. Please check out the below link and update the firmware of the device and let us know if you are able to disable the illumination and put the system in sleep mode completely.

    It has already been installed 9.70.68 and 068.001.00009.

    Over time, the keyboard is getting worse and worse. The connection is breaking or works with a long delay. The computer stops responding to keystrokes. I have a K740 wired keyboard. It works fine, but the Ctrl key is broken.

    PS

    I bought a USB extension cord, and everything was fine.
