    Hi Aljoša,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the experience with the G733 gaming headset.

We would request you to please try the below steps to help fix the issue you are facing:

    1. Confirm the battery is sufficiently charged.
    2. Confirm the USB Receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard. Avoid plugging it into a hub of any type; PC case USB ports will be considered hubs for troubleshooting purposes.
    3. Check Windows settings:
    • Make sure the volume slider in the application is not muted and the headset volume is at least 20%.
    • Click on the volume icon and then click Volume Mixer.
    • Make sure the slider in the volume mixer for all apps is at 100.
    4. Set the device as the Windows Default Device:
    • Right-click on the volume icon.
    • Click Playback devices.
    • Right-click on the device, and then select Set as default.
    • Right-click on the device, and then click Test.
    5. Update the device's firmware:
    • Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html)
    • Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings
    • If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen
    6. Try testing the device on a different computer.

In case, if you need assistance, please write back to us.

    Best regards,

Thank you for the reply, but sadly none of these methods helped.

    Hello Aljoša,

Thanks for following up. We're sorry to hear that the issue persists. Please perform the below steps to see how it goes:

    1. Go to Device Manager (WIN+PAUSE|BREAK).
    2. Click on View at the top and select View devices by container.
    3. Look for your device in the list and expand it.
    4. Right-click and select Uninstall device.
    5. Check Delete the driver software for this device and then click Uninstall.
    6. Unplug the device and plug it back into a different USB port. It should re-enumerate and be detected in G HUB.
    7. G HUB should then download the driver for your device.

In case you need additional support, please feel free to write back to us.

    Regards,
    Zain

Sadly this method didn't help either. Is there some way to try and downgrade the firmware to an olter version?

    Hello Aljoša,

Thanks for following up. We're sorry to hear that the issue persists. Please try reverting back to Microsoft drivers to see how it goes:

    1. Go to Device Manager (WIN+PAUSE|BREAK).
    2. Click on the View tab at the top and select Devices by container.
    3. Look for your headset/speaker and expand it.
    4. Right-click and click Properties and then select the Driver tab.
The Driver Provider should be Logitech — if it’s Microsoft you don't need to change the driver.
    5. If the driver is Logitech, click Update Driver and then Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list... > and choose USB Audio Device.
    6. Click Next. This should update back to Microsoft's standard drivers.

    Regards,
    Zain
