Hello, I've a MX 3 Anywhere for MAC, with Logi Option+ v 1.24.2581.

When I start the firmware upgrade, the communication b/w MAC and Mouse doesn't run, therefore I'm not able to check new firmware availability, and proceed with the installation if needed.

Which is the procedure to update the firmware? And, which software I need to install?

  Hello Amogha,

  I've already installed Option+ v 1.24.2581 witch is the last release available.

  Anyway, when I check the firmware availability, the "Logitech Firmware Update Tool" is opened, and start to find the mouse without success. The "Logitech Firmware Update Tool" is v. 3.2.276959.

  I've tried to live it in searching mode for more than 30mins, but the mouse was not found.

  I've also check the security access in Bluetooth setting, and "Logitech Firmware Update Tool" is allowed to keep the access to Bluetooth mouse.

  Any advice to solve my issue?

  Please be informed that there is no firmware update tool for MX Master 3 anywhere for mac. If the product has firmware update it will automatically get updated and you just need to update the software to the latest version.

  Logitech Firmware Update Tool doesn't support MX Anywhere 3 for Mac. It's very strange that Options+ launches it for an unsupported mouse. Logitech really need to learn some basic programming (this could be solved by simple if clauses in the source code)
