  1. First, make sure your device (that you're using to trigger Actions Ring) is turned on.
  2. Try to close Logi Options+ and open it again — this should clear the issue. 
  3. As a last resort, you can go the SETTINGS (gear) icon on the Options+ home page, and then click  RESTART LOGI PLUGIN SERVICE.
