To perform a factory reset, do the following:
- Press and hold the Power Button and Play / Pause Button together for five seconds.
- Listen for the FACTORY RESET sonification (da-da...da-da - bongo).
- The speaker will turn off. Wait five seconds, then press the Power Button.
- If the FACTORY RESET is done correctly, you should hear the Welcome sonification (Hi there… please download the ULTIMATE EARS BOOM app… ) at first power.
